2-10 Home Buyers Warranty
(1 Year on Workmanship, 2 Years on Systems, and 10 Years on Structural)
The builder's warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer arranged by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Your home will be enrolled in the program at the date of closing. You will receive a Certificate of Warranty with your builder's name on it in the mail. The builder provides the warranty and 2-10 HBW arranges the insurance backing for the builder's warranty.
